Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dr. Johannes Heidenhain VRZ-183-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jost parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnston such as the 308832SPS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JF11400E50050B374 manufactured by Jost and we are pleased to be able to service most Jost systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B6079H207R by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has K--G-Disa Brand DRK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jungheinrich such as A54D4L11 equipment made by Jungheinrich have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSMIG31200 by Johnson-Controls and A54D4L11 spares by Jungheinrich are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NUNET3010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls.
